Casa Safari is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that has been completely remodeled. Both kitchens and bathrooms have been renovated and the whole unit’s decor has a very masculine, modern esthetic.

Casa La Palapa is a unit located in the building shared by the landmark restaurant La Palapa. This unit was completely remodeled, including the kitchen, floors and bathrooms. Parota wood was used throughout, in keeping with the Vallarta-style vibe of the building.

Casa Playa Bonita is a beachfront penthouse located in the center of Playa Los Muertos. This two-level unit was remodeled and furnished with an overall beach vibe, using local materials. 

VILLA TIZOC

Villa Tizoc is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on top of Amapas Hill. This project was completed in two different phases, with updates in all the woodwork, kitchen, and bathrooms. Using polished concrete, parota wood and unique furniture pieces, this unit retains its unique take on Puerto Vallarta decor.

Condo Aquiles Serdan is a one bedroom two bath unit in the middle of old town. This unit was a complete remodel, kitchen and both bathrooms. Using parota wood through out and unique tiles with white quarts, this unit unique style keeps it modern yet fits in with old town Puerto Vallarta. 

CASA MATAMOROS UNIT-1

Casa Matamoros is a three-story building in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Unit 1 was the first one to get remodeled. This unit was completely remodeled with new floors, kitchen and bathroom. Keeping the unit with the unique Vallarta style downtown Vallarta is known for. 

CASA MATAMOROS UNIT-2

Casa Matamoros unit 2 is the second unit remodeled in this beautiful building downtown. This unit was completely remodeled, floors, bathroom, kitchen and installations. Finishing this unit with a unique more modern take on the previous unit, but still keeping the charm that the building possess.
